Sales Workshops

MCC developed our unique New Hire Payroll Sales Workshops to deliver a practical learning environment designed from the ground up to deliver payroll sales results. The learning process begins as soon as your salesperson is registered. Prior to the workshop all attendees and their direct supervisor complete sales surveys. The survey information is used extensively by your salespeople during the workshop.
Once students arrive in Rochester they, begin their journey to complete sales competency. Each day of the workshop is designed around the teaching principle of
Learn it, Use it, Value it! Students are taught a module and immediately use the information in real world selling scenarios!


At each step of the workshop salespeople are either delivering presentations to the group, contacting their real world prospects or developing communication templates and plans to become more in tune with the workshop content. Every salesperson is required to deliver presentations in the areas of Qualifying Calls, Company Story, Capabilities Demonstration, Selling Demonstration, Initial Sales Meeting and Final Sales Presentation. All salesperson presentations will be recorded using either Video or Audio which will also be posted in SalesforceHELP! allowing Owners/Manager to track salesperson progress within hours of the presentation.

SalesforceHELP is an online sales development tool created by MCC to facilitate sales development and knowledge sharing across multiple workshop groups- aka Tribes. This application houses all pre-workshop surveys, in workshop presentation feedback forms, course materials and post-workshop sales development tools.
The end of the four day workshop is just the beginning of the sales development process. Using SalesforceHELP! salespeople will record and track their progress,Tribes will come together bi-weekly for Knowledge Sessions. These sessions facilitate sales communication that covers payroll best practices and follow up on workshop materials. Owners/Manager are invited to attend any Sales Knowledge Session with their sales people. All information created in SalesforceHELP! is secured, cleaned and made available to all graduates of MCC's workshops so they can access a growing database of payroll sales best practices.

We are looking to create future workshops 4-6 weeks after we have a minimum of 5 new hires ready for class. To keep the workshops and Tribes sharp, we are limiting them to a max of 12 salespeople.
